The union leader believes workers should get US$220 to US$300 minimum wage by 2024

Mr. Ath Thorn, President of CLC Cambodia, said that garment workers should get monthly wages between US$22០ to US$3០០ so they can support their livelihood.

However, the CLC president told Thmey Thmey via Telegram “​We are doing further study related to the living conditions of the workers in order to negotiate with the employers in the meeting. Yet, we have not released the final figure yet. Our preliminary figure is in between US$22០ to US$3០០ so the workers can survive.”
