According to Article 12 of the Minimum Wage Law, the National Minimum Wage Council adopted a secret ballot procedure to support each figure with the following results:
The figure of US$206 was 46 out of 51 votes.
The figure of US$208 was 1 out of 51 votes.
The figure of US$214 was 4 out of 51 votes.
Based on the results of this election, the National Minimum Wage Council set a figure of US$206, and Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, added US$2. As a result, the 2025 Minimum Wage is US$208.
