CLC warmly welcomed Mr. Marc Fransen
On December 6, 2023; Mr. Ath Thorn, CLC president, and colleagues warmly welcomed Mr. Marc Fransen who is the Desk Officer of Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, India, Nepal, and Bangladesh, visiting the CLC Cambodia office.
In this meeting, Thorn also presented the CLC’s activities to Mr. Marc Fransen.
