According to the above research report, workers still find it difficult to perform their jobs, and their living standards are not yet good and decent. Therefore, in order to help workers who are facing these problems, unions need to disseminate this research paper to increase knowledge and jointly advocate with relevant partners in order to increase benefits, promote rights and better working conditions for workers.
