CLC’s Organizes Leadership Meeting on Strategies and 2025 Action Plan

The Cambodian Labour Confederation (CLC) organized a leadership meeting with union, federation, and association leaders to discuss strategies and the action plan for 2025, with the participation of leadership representatives from 10 sectors under the umbrella of the CLC.

The main purpose of this meeting was to review and discuss the strategic direction and action plans of the union, federations, and associations, and to define expected outcomes regarding collective activities, strengthening dispute resolution mechanisms, and various campaigns to be implemented in 2025.

Mr. Kong Athit, President of the CLC, delivered a presentation on strategic adjustments and new approaches aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness, emphasizing integrity, transparency, and efficiency in resource management to ensure tangible results for union members.
