Field visit to local garment factory
On February 23, 2024; Mr. Ath Thorn, CLC president, and his colleagues visited the local garment factory to get to know more about the current situation of employees working and living, the production process, and discuss with the factory’s employers to strengthen the professional communications within the national and international stages.
During his visit, he shared the latest update on labour sectors and social situations. He also accepted the request from the employee’s representative to promote workers’ rights in the future.
Representatives of the employer, Trade Union, and employee warmly welcomed him to his field visit.
