The Cambodian Confederation of Trade Unions (CLC), in collaboration with the International Trade Union Confederation (CNV), has provided training on collective bargaining, collective bargaining, and gender equality, organized by the Cambodian Labor Union’s Gender Committee, to a network of women’s unions from the garment sector. On December 05, 2021, Phnom Penh, in order to increase the knowledge of the collective bargaining agreement, gender equality, strengthen the courage of women to dare to express their opinions and claim the rights and benefits that they receive in the workplace.
