Training workshop on NSSF and some procedures of MW negotiation for local Trade Union Leaders
On March 04, 2024; Mr. Ath Thorn, CLC president, presented in the Training Workshop on “Social Protection and some procedures of MW negotiation” in Top Summit Garment Inc., Khan Kambol, Phnom Penh.
During his presentation, Thorn explained the last updated advancement of SP, especially NSSF’s schemes, which are beneficial for civil servants, private sectors, and self-employed individuals.
Furthermore, Thorn presented the joint efforts of trade unions representing the employees in Minimum Wage Tripartite Negotiation for workers in garment, textile, footwear, travel goods, and bag products. 56 participants, local trade union leader and CLC staff, joined this training workshop.
